Home Habilitation
Habilitative Services are designed to assist individuals with chronic mental illness to live successfully in their home and community based settings. These services promote personal independence, skills training, community integration, and other habilitative supports needed to achieve overall health and social well-being. Supports are based on the individual's wants and needs, from intermittent services to daily 24 hour support.
