Iowa Focus offers a customizable ICHRA Plan for Health Insurance to Full Time employees.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Iowa Focus offers significant Paid Time Off (PTO) to all employees after 30 days of employment.
- PTO accrues in amounts up-to 4 weeks / year based on hours-worked.
- Accrued PTO may be used for Vacation, Sick Leave, Personal Days, and Bereavement.
Holiday Pay
Iowa Focus pays Double Time for work on major Holidays.
- New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Referral & Hiring Bonuses
Iowa Focus offers up to $1,000 for successful referral of new employees and a hiring bonus of up to $2,000.
Tuition Reimbursement
Iowa Focus offers 100% tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 / year for eligible Full Time Employees seeking advancement within the company.
Compensated Training
Iowa Focus pays regular wages for required in-person training and compensates flat rate for required self-directed / remote training completion.
Extensive and Ongoing Training
Iowa Focus has an ongoing Training System designed to improve effectiveness, safety, and outcomes. Iowa Focus meets and exceeds state and federal training requirements, and offers ongoing training on a variety of subjects
