Day Habilitation
Unlike the many in-home support services provided by Iowa Focus, the Day Habilitation service is provided outside the home in an organized setting. Day Habilitation focuses on areas such as social skills, communication skills, behavioral support, and community inclusion. Day Habilitation is a person-centered and structured opportunity to set and pursue personal goals while maintaining an active lifestyle.
• Day Hab is available to persons diagnosed with ID.
• Day Hab is intended to help individuals sustain a meaningful level of activity in their day
